We will utilize your original order number, which can be located in your order confirmation email, to facilitate the return process. Please ensure to prominently write it on both the box label and a piece of paper enclosed within your package.
Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate a refund for the product’s cost to the same card that was used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
